Our notarial services include the entire notarial spectrum including certifications as well as the drafting and notarisation of company law documentation or real estate agreements. Also inheritance law matters such as wills form part of our notarial practice.

We have a special focus on corporate law and real estate law. Our notaries are well familiar with the peculiarities of international venture capital transactions. The same applies to the notarisation of the foundation of startups in all forms (e.g. as a UG (haftungsbeschränkt), GmbH, GmbH & Co. KG or AG).
