Moritz graduated with a law degree, having completed his studies at the Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, Germany, and the Universidad de Huelva, Spain, followed by his legal traineeship in Leipzig, Germany. Moritz joined LSP in 2024 after serving in Saxony’s judicial system from 2018 onwards as a public prosecutor specialized in economic and financial crimes, an administrative judge, and later a desk officer for the Saxon Ministry of Justice.

Moritz advises in both German and English. He also speaks Spanish.
