Ludwig v. Moltke studied law at the universities of Passau and Berlin. Following his two state exams he studied for a master‘s degree (Master of Laws) at King‘s College London. He received his Ph.D in law for a comparative thesis on English and German law at the University of Jena.

Ludwig has been practicing as a lawyer since 2002, starting his career as finance lawyer at Lovells (today Hogan Lovells LLP) in Berlin and London. He is a founding partner of LSP.

Ludwig regularly lectures on topics of finance law and has been a lecturer for finance in a master degree program at the University of Münster.

Ludwig advises in German and English and is fluent in French. He is a member of the International Bar Association.
